Randy Rhoads only recorded 2 albums with Ozzy Osbourne before
his untimely death. But he had a tremendous impact on guitarists
of the 1980's and beyond. This is one of Randy's lead fills in
the song "Crazy Train". It is in the key of F# minor
and uses a combination of the F# minor scale, and the F# blues
scale.

The red number is the note
that you should use as your guide when playing the lick in other
keys. In this case the note is an F#. If you wanted to play this
lick in A minor, you would just move everything up 3 frets so
that the number in red would be at the 5th fret on the first string
(A).

on reading Internet
tablature.
This lick uses an F# minor scale and the F# Blues
scale.
